Guided Climbing at Vantage

Vantage or Frenchman's Coulee is a place unlike many of the other popular climbing areas in Washington. It lies east of the Cascades along the Columbia River. It hosts hundreds of climbs on columnar basalt set in a desert environment in contrast to the wet, mossy areas of the Cascades. It is a great place to escape the wetter environments to the west.

Vantage has hundreds of climbs ranging from easy to hard with many being more vertical than what you may experience at many of the granite climbing locations of the state.
