North Ridge of Mount Baker

Mount Baker is more than just beginner glacier routes and no other route demonstrates this than the North Ridge. This route involves crossing the Coleman Glacier, snow and ice climbing, and then descending the Coleman-Deming route.

This is a perfect route for people looking for a more technical route up the mountain. Ice climbing experience is required for this climb. It is best early season (May-June) when the route still has ample snow coverage. This route is guided 2:1 max ratio.
